What is Hydro Jetting?

Hydro Jettings is a process if inserting a high pressure water through a hose in a cleanout.

A Hydro Jetter consists of a large tank of water, a special high-pressure hose, a special high-strength nozzle, and a machine which pressurizes the water in the hose so that it can spray out of the nozzle at a pressurized rate of up to 3,500 psi and a flow rate of 18 gpm.

Every plumbing system is designed to carry waste water "downstream" using gravity. The Hydro Jetting nozzle is placed at the "downstream" end of the plumbing system and it works its way "upstream" against gravity.

That way, any debris that is cleared out by the Hydro Jetter will harmlessly flow downstream where the drainage path is already clear

New Construction
Phase I: High-end Rough-in plumbing in New Construction combines the right materials, tools and techniques. Phase I also includes, site preparation, fitment, review of blue prints, and planning and scope of the project.
Affordable Plumbing will review the Blue Prints with builder and/or superintendent to fully understand the building plans. Affordable Plumbing is very knowledgeable with the local, state, and county plumbing codes to confirm that our work is compliant
Affordable Plumbing will provide a a contractual price before the start of the project.
The rough-in here means that all water supply and drain pipes have been run through bored holes in the studs and other framing members and that all pipe connections have been made. But no sinks, faucets, or other fixtures and end elements are yet installed at this phase.
Phase II: During Phase II Affordable Plumbing will provide a price quote including installation of sinks, tubs, showers faucets, or other fixtures. It will be determined who will be supplying the fixtures. A full plumbing job for new construction will include the planning, installation of a toilet; bathtub, shower and sink; the hooking up of each fixture to current plumbing, and site clean up.
